365 its today.

Today I got to give 365 shiny dollars to those who need it most. I was fortunate to have the wonderful Deb from the Animal Aid Trust give up some of her precious time and also extremely lucky to have Cooper there to accept the donation on behalf of all the dogs and cats at the shelter. (Cooper also said to remind you that he is looking to adopt a nice family and share the love)

As you can see the Animal Aid Trust is made up of many parts and offers a a great boarding environment for those who might be going on holidays soon, adoption areas for cats as well as our K9 buddies and Veterinary services.

Here is Boris with one of the much appreciated volunteers and also Stanley getting a bit of R&R, they aren't quite ready to find new homes just yet but are undergoing temperament and socialization work to make sure they will be on best behavior when they go to their new families.

Remember, anyone can donate their time or money to a shelter, it doesn't have to be a big thing or a project like this, I can guarantee they will appreciate it and you'll feel so much better as well. go on do it I dare you.

364, Penultimate

364 days ago it started with me holding a single coin. These are now the last two coins to go into the jar bringing the collection to 365. Tomorrow marks the last day of this Blog and I'll post photos of my visit to the animal shelter and the hand over of our donation to finish day 365 and maybe then breath a little sigh of relief.

Another left over picture that I really liked. Day154 used a similar picture on a TV screen and this one was left with nowhere to go. The colors really suited the scene and I think I originally called this picture 'The Guardians.

362, In plain sight

To be fair, it wasn't quite in plain sight, if you had a hard look at the blown up image shown on day 212 this little message was lurking there. Hmm you say, what does that mean, well I'll tells ya.

Years ago some friends decided that chocolate was the be all and end all of goodness. ergo if it was like chocolate then it had to be good. And by extraction if someone was acting a bit smug you would make the comment " you just think your chocolate don't you?"  Oh yeah, the peeps at Animal aid are chocolate.

Day 212 was May 30th if ya's wanna look.

I never liked the image for day 194, I tried to redo it several times but I never found a way to do it to my liking. This may get as close as to an image I can live with. 

Its hardly about the coins any more, but the original was one of the most amateur I have did.

This is the problem of leaving ya coins out in the rain. Its nice to have a little cash, But.....

I don't think that I can take it, as it took so long to make it.

And I'll never have the patience again, Oh no.
